Suggested use: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Start with 1-2 capsules per day. If your facial skin is in poor condition, it is recommended that you take 2-4 capsules daily. You should switch to a lower dosage of 1-2 capsules per day as soon as the skin gets better.
