How To Use
Initial Use
Take one capsule with a full 8 oz glass of water 30 minutes before breakfast, and one capsule with a full 8 oz glass of water 30 minutes before lunch.
Continued Use
If well-tolerated, increase dosage to two capsules with a full 8 oz glass of water 30 minutes before breakfast, and two capsules with a full 8 oz glass of water 30 minutes before lunch, for a total of 4 capsules daily.
