Suggested Use:

Suggested Use: Mix one level scoop with any food or beverage. If added to beverages, stir well into 6-8 ounces and drink right away. Do not heat or cook. Begin with 1/4 scoop during first week. Increase very gradually to one or two scoops per day. Always drink water after consumption. May be consumed with or without a meal.

Warnings:

Talk to your doctor before use if you are on FODMAPs diet, have bowel disorders, or gut dysbiosis, as you may need prior treatment before tolerating prebiotics. Bowel changes may occur initially.
