Suggested use: As a dietary to supplement, take two (2) capsules once a day, with at least 8 oz. of water. Do not exceed recommended serving in 24-hour period. For best results use every two (2) months and not for longer than 10 days at a time.

Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because cape aloe and senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
