Directions of usage:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 in the morning with at least 8 oz of water and food for the first 3-5 days. If after the first 3-5 days you are looking for more advanced effect you may choose to take 2 capsules. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day.

Avoid using this product if you have any pre-existing medical conditions including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia,stroke, heart, liver, kidney disease, seizure disorder, thyroid disease, psychiatric disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAO inhibitor or any other medication or supplements.

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat.

Discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional.

Store in a cool dry place away from light.
