How to mix
Shake
Add one (1) level scoop to 6-16 oz (180-460 mL) of cold wateror your favorite beverage. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Use 6-8 oz of liquid per one scoop of powder.
Stir
Add one (1) level scoop to 8-16 oz (230-460 mL) of cold water or your favorite beverage andstir until dissolved.
Blend
Add one (1) level scoop to 6-12 oz (180-460 mL) of cold water or your favorite beverage and blend for 5-10 seconds. You may add 2-3 ice cubes for a frostier shake.
When to use: Whey and other milk proteins can be used in the morning, before workouts, after workouts, in the evening or any time of day. Drink 1-4 servings a day depending on your personal protein requirements.
