Suggested use: To rid yourself of toxins, impurities, and waste, take just one (1) capsule in the morning with a full glass of water. For maximum results, up your intake to two 2 capsules (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) after the third day; and continue at 2 per day until the bottle is gone. Two cleanses per year is recommended.
