Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, begin by taking one serving (one capsule) in the morning 45-60 minutes after breakfast with 8-12 ounces of water or a non-caffeinated beverage. After your personal tolerance has been assessed, take 1-2 servings (1-2 capsules). Add 8-12 ounces of water or a non-caffeinated beverage per serving. During training, it is highly recommended that you consume plenty of water (16-32 ounces) or other, non-caffeinated beverage. Do not consume more than 2 servings (2 capsules) per 24 hours period under any circumstances. Read product warning before use.

Allergen Warning: This product was manufactured on equipment that processes products that may contain milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, fish, crustaceans and shellfish.

This product is not for use by individuals sensitive to caffeine or seeking to eliminate caffeine from their diet.

Do not exceed 60 days of continuous use of this product without a 30 day break.

Warning - Do not use this product in combination with caffeine or any stimulants from any other sources whatsoever, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda, energy beverages or energy increasing dietary supplements. Do not use in extreme conditions of heat, sleep deprivation, or dehydration. Do not consume with alcohol.

Do not use if pregnant, may be pregnant, trying to become pregnant or nursing.

Before using this product or any other dietary supplement consult with your physician or health care provider. Immediately discontinue use and consult your physician if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed recommended servings size or frequency of use under any circumstances.

It is not suggested you use this product if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication or if you have or suspect you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor) SSRI antidepressants, medication for the treatment of ADD/ADHD, any other compounds with serotinergic activity or any other medication. Do not use this product concomitantly with following medication under any circumstances: acetaminophen, NSAID's such as ibuprofen or naproxen, verapamil, any anticoagulant or any fluoroquinolone antibiotics.

Discontinue use of this products at least 14 days prior to any surgery.
