Recommended use: Adults: Maintenance dose: Take three 1/2 full dropper (3/4 tsp) twice daily in water or juice with food. When you squeeze Electrolyte Pro into the dropper it fills half way and equals 1/4 tsp. Children under 12 use 1/2 adult dose. Children under 3 use 1/ adult dose.
