Directions:
To maintain a clean urinary tract: Take 1 capsule daily with water about the same time each day. For additional support when needed, take 2 capsules daily for 2 consecutive days, then return to once daily.
With sexual intercourse: Take 2 capsules with water before or immediately after intercourse. Then take 2 capsules the following day.
