Recommended Use: For all-day energy, and to reduce fatigue, swallow 2 energize tablets with a full glass of water. Begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (One tablet one a day). Do not exceed more than 2 tablets (1 serving) in any 24 hour period.
