Suggested Use:

Use for a ketone boost, as needed. To decrease risk of GI upset, begin with a one (1) milliliter serving and increase dose gradually with use until you reach a 10ml serving (or your desired serving size based on your desired effects). Mix with an ounce or two of a suitable liquid, based on preference.
