Instructions for The Most Complete 7 Day Cleansing Program
AM Regimen
- Take 4 capsules of Morning Solution on an empty stomach with a minimum of 16 oz of water
- 1/2 hour later eat a balanced breakfast (see Management Plan for suggestions)
- Exercise for 15 minutes
Snack
- Eat a small nutritious snack (See Management Plan for suggestions)
- Drink a minimum of 16 oz of water
Lunch
- Eat a well balanced lunch (See Management Plan for suggestions)
- Drink a minimum of 16 oz of water
Snack
- Eat s small nutritious snack (See Management Plan for suggestions)

PM Regimen
- Take 4 capsules of Evening Solution on an empty stomach with a minimum of 16 oz of water
- 1/2 hour later eat a well balanced dinner (See Management Plan for suggestions)
- Exercise for 15 minutes
