Simply pour a single serving packet into an 8 oz. glass of water and drink twice a day.
Usage instructions:
1. Carefully separate the twin packets of Evolution 60 from each other as each individual packet is a complete dose.
2. Pour 1 packet of Evolution 60 into an 8 oz. glass of water and stir or swirl to dissolve the powder.
3. Continue to swirl or stir liquid until contents have been dissolved.
4. Drink the entire glass. Take one packet in the morning and one packet in the evening.
