Suggested use: Shake well before every use. As a dietary supplement, first time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) of EVP AQ for their first few training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional serving. Mix 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) with 12-16 fl. oz. of cold water or beverage of choice 20-30 minutes before training. Advanced users can mix 1 serving (2 tbsp) with 22-32 fl. oz of cold water or beverage of choice. Do not exceed (1) serving (2 tbsp) within a 24 hour period. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or if you are taking medication used to treat erectile dysfunction such as PDE-5 inhibitors MADIs or any other medications.
