Suggested Use:

Suggested usage: Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach with at least 8 ounces of water. For best results, avoid eating for 30 minutes after use. Continuous use of this product for more than 30 days is not recommended except under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult physician if taking medication (especially blood thinning medications or if you are taking any drug that affects blood coagulation such as prescription Vitamin K, heparin, warfarin or aspirin), if you suffer from any gastrointestinal disorders such as ulcers, or have any other medical condition.

Discontinue use if you experience nausea, diarrhea, vomiting or stomach upset, or if other intestinal discomfort occurs. Not for long-term use except under the supervision of a physician.
