Directions: Take one (1) capsule with breakfast followed by one (1) capsule in the afternoon or pre-workout. Do not exceed two (2) capsules per day.

Do not use for more than 8 weeks.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath.
