Suggested Use:

Directions: Take two (2) capsules three times per day 30 minutes before meals with a full glass of water or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Warnings:

Do not use if seal around cap is broken.

Keep out of reach of children.

Caution: Do not take if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, taking antidiabetic agents, or if you have caffeine sensitivity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes or a tendency to have low blood sugar levels.
