Reading warning before consuming
Take 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach upon waking with water. If required, take an additional 1-2 capsules 4-6 hours later with water.
To assess tolerance, for the first 7 days consume 1 capsule upon waking with water and 1 capsule 4-6 hours later with water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
Do not take Grenade within 6 hours of intended sleep.
Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

Grenade is not for use by persons under the age of 21.

Grenade contains caffeine. Do not use this product for longer than 8 weeks and make sure that usage is followed by a 4 week "off period".

Consult your physician prior to use if you are taking medication including, but not limited to MAO inhibitors, anti-depressants, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylethylamine or other stimulants.

Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition including, but not limited to heart, live, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostrate or glaucoma. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headaches, rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath.

This product is intended for use by adults. The packaging and product container may be attractive to young children but it should not be used by them in play. Risk of choking due to the presence of small parts.
