DIRECTIONS:
Adults take 1-2 capsules every 4-8 hours to maintain healthy lung function. Results are usually felt within hours. Once desired results are obtained, take 1-2 capsules a day for maintenance. Healthy Lungs can be used indefinitely if desired or needed.
