Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, Adults take 2 capsules daily with 10 ounces of water, juice or beverage of choice. Do not exceed four (4) capsules daily.

Rectal bleeding and / or failure to have a bowel movement after the use of a laxative formula may be an indication of a more serious condition.
