Directions (Adults): Begin by taking 1 capsule as a single dose at bedtime with a full 8 ounce glass of water. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Best taken on an empty stomach. Take two to three times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Discontinue immediately if adverse effects occur. Please consult a physician before use, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
