Suggested Use:
Suggested Use: Mix 3 scoops (90g) of Hydro Gainer with 12-24oz. of ice cold water up to 3-4 times daily. Take Hydro Gainer upon waking to start to anabolic process, maintain protein synthesis and promote positive net nitrogen retention. Take another serving immediately after training to ensure muscle recovery and optimal growth. Lastly take final serving right before bed to feed the body throughout the night and stay anabolic.
Optional: Some athletes may also want to use Hydro Gainer as a complete meal replacement when real whole foods are not readily available.
