Open a standard 16.9 oz. bottle of water, take a sip, then empty 1 packet into the bottle, shake, and consume immediately. Take each serving 30 to 60 minutes before your two main meals. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 packets) in a 24-hour period. For best results, use Hydroxycut Drink Mix packets for 60 days in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and a regular exercise program. Consume 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
