Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 8 to 10 fl. oz. of cold water and enjoy. Consume with adequate amounts of water. It is recommended to start off with 1/2 serving for the first week of consumption and slowly graduate up to a full serving, as tolerated.
