Directions For Use: As a dietary supplement, adults mix 1 serving (1 tablespoon or approx. 1/2 cap) of L-Carnitine LS3 3000 with 5-7 oz. of cold water twice daily. L-Carnitine LS3 3000 can be used on its own or with other iSatori supplements to help you achieve your goals faster. Shake before use.
