Suggested Use:

This formula is unflavored and readily soluble in virtually any liquid so you can add it to your favorite powdered supplements, smoothies, and protein shakes with ease.
1 Scoop - 8-10 oz water - 1-2 x daily
Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 8-10 oz of water or your favorite beverage on an empty stomach 1-2 times daily.

L-Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that plays an important role in immune function, gut health, protein synthesis, and glycogen replenishment in muscle tissue. Since L-Glutamine is rapidly depleted after intense training, it's suggested that athletes and gym-goers stand to benefit by supplementing with 5-10 g of this amino acid daily to help avoid an exercise-induced deficiency. Glutamine also appears to support digestion and immune function when taken on an empty stomach before meals.
