Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2-3 times per day. For best results, take 1 capsule upon waking, 1 capsule 4 hours later, and 1 capsule with evening meal or before bed. For best results, use for 4 to 8 weeks. Do not exceed 8 weeks of continuous use.
