Each serving of this product contains 200mg of caffeine, about as much as 1-2 cups of coffee.

Monitor other sources of caffeine such as medications, food or beverages while taking this product. Do not consume yohimbe, synephrine or thyroid-boosting compounds from other sources, including but not limited to other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or any stimulants whatsoever.
Consult your physician prior to use if you are taking medication, including but not limited to, MAOI inhibitors, anti-depressants, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylethylamine, epinephrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylethylamine or other stimulants.

Do not exceed the recommended serving. Do not use in combination with alcohol. Do not use this product for longer than 60 days. Follow within a 15 day break.
