Recommended use: Shake container before each use. Individual tolerances vary. Ensure you assess your tolerance before increasing your dosage. Start by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) into 8-10 oz of cold water 30-45 minutes before working out. More advanced users may prefer the effects of 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12-16 oz. Never take more than 2 scoops within a 24 hour period.

Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath. This product contains ingredients that may be banned by some sports organizations.
