Suggested Use: Adults and children over 12: Normal use: 1 capsule 2-3 times a day as long as desired. Intensive use: 2 capsules 3 times a day for 2-8 weeks. Best taken between meals, with liquid. May be used with a Yerba Prima fiber formula.
