SUGGESTED USE (BY TRAINING LEVEL)
Take 3 METHY ANDRO(TM) capsules daily. On workout days take 3 METHY ANDRO(TM) capsules 30 minutes before your workout. On non-workout days take 1 METHYL ANDRO(TM) capsule 30 minutes before each meal.
