Suggested Use:

Recommended use: Add 1 scoop (5 g) to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 8 oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. Blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. Loading phase: Consume 3-4 times per day for the first 5-7 days. Maintenance Phase: Thereafter, consume once daily.
