Suggested Use:

Directions: Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, increasing your intake by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2 to 3 bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets twice per day. Drink 8 to 10 glassed of water per day.
