Suggested Use: Consume 1 rounded scoop mixed with 10-16 oz of water on an empty stomach approximately 15-30 minutes before exercise. Users may begin with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance.

Do not exceed 1 scoop in any 24 hour period. Use only as directed.

Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery.. Immediately discontinue use and contact a medical doctor if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
