Directions: For adults, take one (1) caplet one to three times daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Calcium and other minerals can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications or follow the advice of your health care providers.

WARNING: Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Avoid this product if you have a history of kidney stones. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, kidney disease or hyper-parathyroidism, if you are on a magnesium-restricted diet or if you are taking ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS such as those to treat high blood pressure, heart medications, muscle relaxants or diuretics.
