Suggested Use:

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets 2-3 times daily. Children 6-12 years old: 1 tablet 1-3 times daily. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water.

Cautions: Do not use if you are hypersensitive to St John's wort, passionflower, valerian or any other ingredients, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking contraceptive medicines. Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you are taking other drugs or medication. St, John's wort has been observed to reduce the effects of certain medications.

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light, or UV therapy. Avoid taking with alcohol or sedative products. Stop use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reaction.

Keep out of reach of children.
