Suggested use: Ages 12 and up: two (2) capsules taken daily with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a healthcare progessional. For best results, take one (1) capsule in the morning and one (1) capsule at night before bed or on an empty stomach. These capsules may be opened and its contents mixed with food or drink.
