SUGGESTED USE: Take 3 capsules 30 to 45 minutes before training on an empty stomach. If less than 200 lbs: take 3 capsules; If greater than 200 lbs: take 4 capsules; If stacking with ACG3(R) Charged+, Pump Fuel(R) v.2, or Pump Fuel(R) INSANITY: take 3 capsules.
