Suggested Use:

Directions for use: Use only enclosed scoop. Stir Nutrisource Fiber into at least 4 oz of any hot or cold beverage or prepared soft food, including purees. Stir until dissolved. Gradual inclusion into diet is recommended. One serving (3g fiber/unpacked level scoop) can be added every third day as tolerated up to a maximum of six servings (18 g) fiber per day. Adequate intake of fluids is encouraged.
Directions for tube feeding use: Add 1 unpacked level scoop to 2-4 fl oz water. Mix until dissolved. Administer by syringe through feeding tube.

Warnings:

Fiber may not be suitable for all patients on tube feedings. Follow physician instructions for tube feeding use. This product is not intended as a sole source of nutrition. Not for parenteral use.

This product is only appropriate for individuals greater than 3 years old.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place.
