Suggested Use:

Performance training usage: This product is intended for use as an addition to any workout regimen. As a physique enhancing agent take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily. Do not consume more than 2 capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not under any circumstances exceed 4 weeks of use without at least a 30 day break.
