Directions: Do not take undiluted. Place 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) in a liter (33.8 oz) of water and consume in one sitting or drink throughout the day. For optimum results up to two (1/2 teaspoon) servings may be consumed daily in the same manner or as directed by your health care provider.
