Suggested Use:

Dosing: Follow the chart to the right for specific dose ranges. Crushed tablets can be mixed with water, juice, milk, applesauce, formula, etc.
Adults and Children over 12 years of age who weight at least 150 lbs. 1 tablet whole or crushed, daily
Children 3-18 who weigh less than 150 lbs. 1/2 tablet whole or crushed, daily
Children over 1 month to 3 years 1/4 tablet whole or crushed, daily
Babies at birth to 1 month 1/8 tablet crushed

Warnings:

Precautions: Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours; Taking too much in a 24 hour period could increase the chances of side effects;

Do not take if you are allergic to iodine or have dermatitis herpetiformis or hypocomplementemic vasculitis or have nodular thyroid disease with heart disease as these may increase the chances of side effects;

If you are pregnant or nursing consult a physician and avoid repeat dosing;

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN;

In case of side effects or overdose get medical attention or call Poison Control right away.
