Suggested Use:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed more than 2 capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not use for more than 30 days without at least a 90 day break in between.

Warnings:

Discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur and consult a physician.

Do not exceed suggested dosage. Discontinue use immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, vomiting or other symptoms. Do not use for more than 30 days without a 90 day break.
