Suggested Use:

Initial use: 2 capsules - Regular use: 4 capsules - 1x Daily - 1-2x Daily
Initial use: Consume 2 capsules with a meal to assess tolerance.
Regular use: Consume 4 capsules 1-2 times per day with a meal.
