2. Heat the griddle
Preheat to 325 degrees.
3. Pour the batter
Makes 2 six-inch pancakes.
4. Cook until golden & flip
Cook until bubbles stop forming and edges are cooked, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown.
