Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 scoop in 8-12 oz. of water to assess tolerance, 30 minutes before activity. Once tolerance has been assessed, take 1 to 2 servings, 30 minutes before activity. Never consume more than 2 servings in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness or breath. This product contains caffeine.

Do not consume caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda, and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine.
