Suggested Use: Pump Fuel Insanity is a high-stimulant formula! Mix 1 scoop of Pump Fuel Insanity with 16 fl. oz. - 20 fl. oz. of cold water (adjust to desired taste) consume 30-45 minutes prior to workout.
