Omega-7 (Palmitoleic Acid) is a monounsaturated fat found in fish but absent in regular fish oil supplements. It is powerful in small doses and has no fishy odor or burps. Purified Omega-7 may help maintain healthy blood fats and C-reactive protein, both of hwich are important for healthy cardiovascular function.
