Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop with 8 to 12 oz. of water thirty (30) minutes before your workout. Once you've assessed a comfortable tolerance with one (1) serving, you can increase your serving to one and one-half (1.5) to two (2) scoops in subsequent workouts with 16 to 24 oz. of water thirty (30) minutes prior workout. Never exceed two (2) scoops in a 24-hour period. Do not combine with any additional caffeine. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within four (4) hours of bedtime.
